Other principal components
Vector also incorporates software including Electron, Solid, CodeMirror, Monaco Editor, Stripe's Node SDK, Resend's Node SDK, Playwright, Astro, Vite, and other dependencies under their respective licenses. The desktop distribution includes package metadata and license notices for these components.
Scope
The Vector commercial license applies to Vector-owned code, branding, product assets, and proprietary additions. It does not replace or narrow the permissions attached to third-party code.
