Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using Vector, you agree to these Terms and the Vector Software License. If you use Vector for an organization, you represent that you can accept these terms for it.
Purchases and renewal
Vector is available for $10 per month or $99 per year. The selected plan renews automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Stripe processes payments and may provide invoices, payment-method controls, and tax handling. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
Failed monthly payments
If a monthly renewal payment fails, Vector will notify the billing email and provide a three-day grace period beginning with the first failed attempt for that invoice. Access expires when that grace period ends unless Stripe confirms payment. Paying the outstanding invoice restores access automatically. Annual subscriptions retain their existing paid-term and Stripe billing behavior.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal from Settings → Billing & license or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Vector remains usable until that date unless access is suspended for fraud or a material breach.
Connected services
You are responsible for provider credentials and connected services. Do not give Vector authority you do not have. You must review sensitive actions such as payments, messages, destructive changes, deployments, database operations, and external browser submissions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vector to break laws, bypass security controls, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, access systems without permission, or abuse third-party services.
Generated output
AI output can be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing code, tests, diffs, licenses, security, and deployments before relying on them. Keep backups and use review and checkpoint features where appropriate.
Autonomous actions
Vector can take actions on your computer and on services you connect: editing and deleting files, running commands and processes, controlling a browser, and — where you enable it — controlling the mouse, keyboard, and screen. It can also push branches, open pull requests, post reviews, and deploy to providers you have authorised. You decide which capabilities to enable and which actions to approve, and you remain responsible for what results, including on shared repositories and production systems. Review changes before merging or deploying them, and keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Changes
These terms may be updated for future purchases or renewals. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
