Commercial license

Vector Software License

The license for installing and using the Vector desktop application.

Effective August 4, 2026

1. License grant

Subject to payment and these terms, VectorDev.ai grants the purchaser a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Vector for personal or internal business use during the paid subscription term.

2. One active computer

One license may be active on one computer at a time. You may deactivate that computer before activating another. You may not share, publish, resell, sublicense, or distribute a license key or activation token.

3. Subscription and expiration

Vector is offered for $10 per month or $99 per year, and the selected plan renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the already-paid term. A failed monthly renewal receives a three-day payment grace period. If payment is not restored before that deadline, the application requires an active monthly or annual subscription before it can be used again.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with activation, payment, update, or license enforcement;
  • redistribute Vector installers as a competing hosted or packaged product;
  • use a shared license key across multiple people or concurrently active computers;
  • remove proprietary notices from Vector-owned code or product assets; or
  • use Vector unlawfully or to violate the rights of another person.

5. Your repositories and provider accounts

You retain ownership of your repositories and outputs. Vector operates through accounts, model providers, deployment providers, and tools that you choose to connect. Their separate terms and charges apply.

6. Third-party software

Vector includes third-party open-source software. Those components remain governed by their original licenses, listed in the Third-Party Notices. This commercial license does not remove rights granted by those licenses for their covered components.

7. Updates and availability

Desktop updates released during the paid term are included. Features may evolve, and external services may change independently. Vector does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party providers.

8. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vector is provided “as is” and without warranties. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, maintaining backups, and approving commands, deployments, and browser actions. VectorDev.ai is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

The license may be suspended or terminated for payment failure, material breach, fraud, or license sharing. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and third-party notices, continue to apply.
